Currently Faye is the draper at La Jolla Playhouse for part of their 2022-2023 season. She created bespoke costumes for As You Like It and The Outsiders.

Previously, Faye worked at Todder, a small leather goods manufacturer in Newburyport, MA. She worked in production, product development and sample making. Her leather skills include sewing (industrial machine and hand), burnishing, hot creasing, clicking, splitting, skiving, stamping and operating the latex glue machine. She has beginner to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and a basic understanding of the CNC machine.

Faye worked as a First Hand at The Juilliard School under the senior draper, Barbara Brust. She created costumes for the Drama, Dance, Opera and Vocal Arts departments. She was also a draper at The Williamstown Theater Festival for the 2017 and 2018 season, and for The Hairy Ape at the Park Avenue Armory in 2017.

Before Juillard Faye worked as a First Hand under Sally Ann Parsons at Parsons-Meares, LTD. for five years. Faye has also worked for Tricorne INC., Cedar Lake BalletThe Chautauqua Opera, and apprenticed at The Santa Fe Opera in 2012. In addition to theater, she has worked for Givenchy, Zimmermann, and Jen Kao as a tailor during New York Fashion Week.

Continuing her education in tailoring and garment construction, Faye took three Patternmaking classes at The Fashion Institute of Technology with a 4.0GPA.
